About Tomas Event & Design

WHAT IS IT WE ACTUALLY DO?
Tomas Event & Design is a full-service supplier in meetings design. This means that we project manage each project in close cooperation with you, from start to finish –  whether we manage a part of a meeting or an entire event.

Design & Décor
It is our wish to help you create a memorable, surprising and fitting design for your event. This may involve designing an exhibition stand, decorating a party venue, designing the lighting for a product launch or setting a stunning table for a dinner. We also offer design and ideas, including fireworks and special effects.

Meetings
All meeting are designed. We will therefore meet up with you to learn of your objectives and analyse your requirements. It is important to us to understand what you want to achieve. With your cooperation, this helps us design an event that meets or even succeeds your expectations. A well through-out process is the basis of a successful event.
You can engage us to arrange a trade show, a conference, a product launch or a party. We also arrange conferences and kick-off meetings in Sweden and abroad

By selecting a few destinations that we have in-depth experience and knowledge of, we are able to offer you an experience guaranteed to surprise, impress and suit the attendees. Our project managers have extensive experience both in Sweden and abroad and they are specialised in delivering events at our recommended destinations.
